The software is configured to operate as a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) model that we host and manage. You have an instance of this software custom configured for your Organization. The system is designed to be easily configured around your needs without waiting for new release dates. All support for you, your staff and agent network is 100% free helping to insure that the system is used to its fullest extent.

All agreements are simple Month-To-Month and we handle all of the system hosting management and automated backup services.  In addition you have the ability to back up all of the data on our server arrays to your local hard-drive.  All the information you may backup is kept in a non-proprietary that can be used later in various fashions.  We do nothing to hold you or your information hostage in any way.

Typically there is a minimum charge of $212.45 for up to 150 agents per month,  but when you're a member and order through a Chamber of Commerce using the EcTownUSA system, the minimum charge is only $93.75.  This includes up to 75 agents a month and 10 custom domain names at no additional charge.
